From a Security perspective, all of our Operators are exclusively former 'badged' UK Special Forces personnel, with decades of operational experience behind them. This also includes advanced surveillance and reconnaissance skills, advanced driving qualifications and experience, operational planning, delivering high-profile briefs and an unparalleled appreciation of situational awareness and tactics. All Operators hold enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) vetting, as well as Security Industry Authority (SIA) Frontline Close Protection Operations Licences
From a Medical perspective, all of our Operators are Paramedics who are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). The HCPC is the regulatory body for Paramedics within the UK. The word 'Paramedic' is a protected title, meaning that only individuals whose name appears on the HCPC register can legally call themselves a Paramedic in the United Kingdom

Our Paramedics are all clinically active, and maintain their skills by operating regularly in a clinical environment. When our Paramedics deploy in support of our clients, they deploy with a full suite of operational medical equipment, including a fully-scaled First Response Bag (FRB), Advanced Airway Management equipment, Medical Oxygen, a Monitor / Defibrillator and life-saving Emergency Drugs

This means that in the event of a medical emergency, the client has a fully qualified Paramedic who is equipped and trained to a higher standard than a 'regular' NHS ambulance Paramedic at their side, able to initiate immediate medical assessment and intervention at a moment's notice
